Welcome to Supermarket ('we', 'our', 'us').

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our application and services.

Supermarket is a web-based application that integrates with Xero API to:

Access financial and accounting data from your Xero organisation

Display reports and insights based on that data

We do not provide accounting, legal, or financial advisory services.

You must be at least 18 years old

Have authority to connect a Xero organisation

Provide accurate information

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, maintain the confidentiality of your account access, and ensure you have authorization to access the Xero data you connect.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, or use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities.

Our service integrates with Xero. By connecting your Xero account, you authorize us to access your data via Xero APIs.

You acknowledge that data accuracy depends on Xero. We are not responsible for errors in Xero data or changes/downtime in Xero services.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We process your data solely to provide application functionality and improve the service.

All content, software, and materials in the application are owned by us or licensed to us.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We may modify or discontinue features or perform maintenance without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'.

We make no warranties regarding accuracy of financial data or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised date.

Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
